Hello. I'm looking for a story that I read a long time ago. All I remember is that, for some reason, Hermione (and possibly Harry) go with Snape to his family home. Hermione ends up getting along very well with Snape's father. There's a scene in which Hermione is attacked by a booby-trapped bed. There may also be a scene with a party/ball that the Weasleys and a lot of the other characters attend, or I may be mixing up two different stories.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? |

Hello, sounds VERY familiar, infact its one of my very favorite "go back and read again" stories!!
Both scenes are from the same story, but it's Snape's grandfather.
