Hermione is discovered by Muggles after the big battle and they ship her off to a mental facility. Severus must rescue her.

I lost this story when my account was deleted in the switch and I haven't been able to find it.

Do you remember anything else about this story? It sounds a bit like Everything I Do, I Do It For You by Sbrande, but because you've given so few details I can't be sure.
