I remember a story, but not where I read it, what it was called, or who wrote it! I wish I'd always bookmarked stories as diligently as I do now.
In the story, Hermione discovers that she is actually descended from Merlin and some famous powerful witch. Of course, this gives her very strong and special powers. I believe she is also a master of some form of wizarding martial arts, as is Snape. Her powers allow her to cure Remus' lycanthropy, but this bonds him as a pseudo-servant to her. Snape is her mate and gets some level of immortality from their relationship. |
