<  The Ministry of Magic  ~  getting access

Hi. I'm not sure how to fix this. I am registered, but when i try to log into Ashwinder it says my password doesn't match. I sent for a new one but when I type it in it still won't let me in saying password doesn't match. Am I missing something. Just curious. There are some stories I can't read because I can't get into the over 17 section. Please help. Thanks LB Sad
