I read this one once and just can't find it anymore. It wasn't here on Sycophant Hex, I think.
As far as I can remember, the OFC is Madame Pomfrey's apprentice and has mysterious healing powers as she frees Snape from his Dark Mark. I think there's also a new female DADA teacher, trying to seduce Snape and the OFC is jealous?

I also remember a scene where Dumbledore charmed some sort of badges (mistletoes?) for a Yule Ball. Everyone gets one and has to offer his or her badge to the person he/she wants to go to the ball with and that is binding then.

Sounds weird, but I hope someone recognizes it.
