<  Ask Madam Pince  ~  Looking for a certain Harry-centric story

Trying to find a story I read a really long time ago. During a summer at the Dursley's, Harry is working for a landscaper who turns out to be Aberforth Dumbledore. Harry makes friends with a small garden snake which he carries around for most of the story. I think Draco starts to work with Harry as well. Thanks for any clues!
