<  Ask Madam Pince  ~  Marriage Law - Do What You Have to Do

I'm looking for a (yet another) marriage-law fic that I read
a while back. In it, Hermione had made a back-up wand
herself -- a very powerful wand -- that she'd hid in her
room. Her intention, was to take the wand and run away
just before turning 18. Unfortunately, the Ministry decided
to add her timeturner usage, and one day Hermione is
called into Dumbledore's office, where she is informed
that she's now concidered 18 and that someone intends
to marry her.

Anybody know what story this is?
