I only remember a few tings from this story.
Snape is the descendant of a highland family and so is Hermione (I think). It turns out that they are soul mates I think.

Also deatheaters are looking for Hermione I think and the find her. Theirs a fight and someone wields a sword.

Unfortunately thats all I remember......Anybody Help?
