False. Although a child I consider my son decided to give me one of his easter bunny eggs. It was so cute!
I wish it would snow here but it hasn't snowed since I've been here so I should just give up hope now.
I'm on a roll two chapters in around two days. =D
The person below me is at a loss as to what to write here! |

LOL Nope, on this thread writing is easy. It's when I try to get into the nitty, gritty chapter writing that my head draws a blank. I feel like such a rotten author because I can't seem to get anything out, unless it's an unrelated one shot.
I am so sick and tired of snow... and I was watching the news last night and they said we're supposed to have another huge winter snow storm hit in Michigan. I am so ready to move my fat butt back to Hawaii!
The person below me is looking forward to their upcoming vacation (where ever it may be). |

Actually, we just took our vacation, for the most part. We went to Atlanta for Easter weekend. Went to see the baby panda and to the aquarium. We were going to a baseball game, but it was too darn cold! I am, however, looking forward to the week of the 4th of July. We're taking a week off to spend it at the beach. My in-laws have a cottage.
I am at a loss sometimes of what to ask the next person.
I haven't had an idea in months now. I really want to write. I'm usually really good at writing one-shots based on little ideas, but I can't even come up with those! HELP!
I certainly wish the weather would make up its mind. We had 80's last week, 40's last weekend, and now up in the 60's.
Um, I must admit that I have at least one season of three or more TV shows on DVD. We have one shelf dedicated just to those. Just to name a few: Dark Angel, The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr., Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Quantum Leap, House, Hogan's Heroes, The Simpsons, various animé, JAG, NCIS, and others that I'm just not remembering at the moment.
The person below me is getting a refund this year from the IRS. |

True! Not a huge one, but one that's large enough that I can actually eat during the weekend I'm at Prophecy this summer.
Prophecy pretty much is my upcoming vacation, or, at least, the only vacation I'm likely to get for a while. Just started a new job a month ago, and it will be about a year before I get any real vacation time.
I almost never know what to ask in this thread. It usually takes me a good five minutes to come up with something, and even then, it's usually silly.
I am full of plot bunnies, but can never seem to get them down on paper before they scurry away. Even the ones that I do start to write, I never really find time to finish. I've got two going right now that I actually want to try to write to completion: a McGonagall/Hooch story that's set during the Grindelwald war, and a *gasp* SS/HG story set in post-war London. Both have been started, neither is all that close to being finished, and and I just hope I can at least keep going with them instead of letting them continue to glare at me impatiently from the corner of my desktop.
I have... lots of seasons, from very random shows, some of them very old. Everything from all six seasons of shows like Xena and Dr. Quinn, to the entire series of Futurama and Family Guy. Plus, just off the top of my head, at least one season of Law and Order: SVU, Gilmore Girls, Firefly, Scrubs, House, Grey's Anatomy, Buffy, Charmed, Friends, Tru Calling, Will & Grace, 24... there are a few others. Can't remember. This is why I never have any money.
I have way more books than movies, however. Currently, I have three bookshelves full of books, and most of the shelves have two 'layers' of books on them where space will allow. I also have stacks of books that don't fit on the shelves on top of the bookshelves, stacked to the ceiling. I love books, and I almost never get rid of them.
The person below me has at least one bookshelf completely filled from top to bottom with books. |

Hard to answer. I have several bookshelves, but a small part of them has something else than books on them. I also has 4 big boxes full of books stacked in a room because I didn't have more space in my bookshelves. So I do have enough books to fill a bookshelf from top to bottom, but I don't actually have it.
No refund from the IRS. We don't get that here. Actually, what do you get a refund of? *is confused*
I don't know what to write in the sentence "the person below me..." even more often than I don't know what to write in my fanfic. Can you say you have writer's block while posting in a forum?
As for posting... Chapter 3 of Women on Top has been posted at Pureblood last Sunday (8th).
The person below me dislikes the new James Bond (I've seen Casino Royal yesterday and I didn't like him) |

True, I think. I don't really like Bond to begin with, so...
*Needs to buy more book shelves, or maybe just less books. *
The person below me has recently taken a picture. |

No, I haven't taken any pictures recently - I still have six disposable cameras that need to be developed. But my brother is getting married Saturday, so I'll probably be snapping away.
A "refund" is what you get back when you've over-paid your taxes in the U.S. A percentage is take out of each paycheck, and then you file before or on April 15, and either pay the difference of what was taken out and what you still owe, or you show that you still have underage children at home, you donated a lot of money to church/charity, you had higher than expected medical bills, you paid a lot of interest on your mortgage, etc., and your income amount is adjusted to allow for these costs, and then you get your refund.
I have tons of books. I have weeded them out, and then I end up regretting doing it. One of my favorite poems went out the door, and so did a book of speeches, some of which explained what happened in history. I have the DVDs of Smallville, the first four years, and I check out other television shows from the library. I have an electic collection of comic books, too.
I just wrote a ficlet for my beta after she wrote a double drabble for me. I need to get caught up in my stuff, but right now, getting the family room cleared of junk is taking up my major writing time.
It hailed here yesterday, and has been so cold that the ground is still covered with it in the shadows of the trees.
The person below me is itching to correct the poor sentence structure of the sentence I just wrote. |

Err no. If it's not in a piece of fiction, I don't often notice bad sentence structures.
Overhill -- what comics do you have in the electronic format (trying to find someone that has Neverwhere #7 in cbr format). I just finished reading the new Buffy Season 8 Comic #2 and am impatent for the next. I'm trying not to read the Gunslinger comics until I have them all in my hot little hands, because I hate waiting to read more.
I actually need to start selling some books on ebay again -- my banker boxes are growing. I only keep certain authors forever, and the rest I read once and then sell (unless I can get pdfs or lit copies of the book and then I keep it on disc forever).
The person below me doesn't update their livejournal, blogger, or online diary enough. |

True. I usually say something on my LiveJournal at least once a month, but I once went so long without writing anything there that some anonymous person left me a message telling me to update. =p
Overhill, I'm willing to overlook that poorly-structured of yours for the moment, because in one of my WIPs I'm trying to correct a sentence of my own that's even worse.
I haven't taken any pictures lately, but I've attempted to draw a couple of things in my sketchbook. If the corrections I'm planning work out, then perhaps I'll post them at my deviantART account.
And finally, because I've missed so many statements that my post would probably be novel-length (or at least a long one-shot) by the time I've finished answering all of them, I'll admit to having filled at least one bookshelf with all of my books—but I don't know how many more bookshelves I could fill because I've only got the one, so lots of my books are actually stored in boxes, on my dresser, on my desk, on my bedside table...well, you get the picture. Suffice it to say that I have a lot of books.
The person below me has recently had to replace something either because it abruptly stopped working or it started working in new, unexpected and undesirable ways. (My microwave didn't just start sparking this morning, but actually seemed to be producing some form of sheet lightning inside. Luckily, even if I did have to throw out the soup I'd planned to have for lunch, nothing else was damaged.) |

True. The downstairs hot water heater died and had to be replaced, the dishwasher, ditto, and now the dryer, which we haven't replaced because the car I use to get to work needs repairs. Which is one of the reasons I haven't been here for a bit...
celisnebula askedQuote: Overhill -- what comics do you have in the electronic format (trying to find someone that has Neverwhere #7 in cbr format).
Sorry, I meant eclectic, as is odd assortment. They're all paper: Elfquest, Sisterhood of Steel, X-men, the limited run of Nightcrawler, and the intro issues of The New Mutants. Dave Cockrum and Chris Claremont were awesome... And an antique Donald Duck (with Gyro Gearloose's little scene-stealing pal).
Pennfana, let us know when you update your deviantART account, and how to get to it. (use the spelled out addresses, to avoid the Spam monsters....)
And JackieJLH, where are the photos from the last year's Harry Potter convention?
BYW, on the subject of books, I am currently reading one of the "Master and Commander" books, just finished first chapter (saw the DVD and wanted to learn more!)
The person below me has beautiful weather (about time!) |

False. I'm not currently in one, though I do have a story that I need to wrap up.
There seems to be a number of new betas that posted at the Seeker/Keepers area. I NEED beta-ing myself, and have yet to even make a stab at taking the P.I. test.
What is the name of the exchange? Just curious...
Mosquitoes are on their way soon here, MaddyRiddle, so plueze don't send any of your extras this way! I heard the frogs croaking last night, so that means any night that the temp is over 34 F (where is the degree key on this keyboard?), the biters will be out. (sigh)
The person below me has downloaded the lastest OotP movie trailer. (Who are those people whose faces flash on screen for just a split second?) |

Nope. Trying desperately to stay away from it because I know if I see it, I'll want to see the movie like now! I have no patience with it comes to things like that.
I don't actually think I'll be doing an exchange piece this time around. The last two Rounds, I've done a pinch hit, but so far, it looks like everyone is diligently working away at their stories, so I might not have pitch in.
The person below me will see Spiderman 3 next month. |

False. I'm in strict saving money mode until July, so that's mean no moves for me (I need to save money to have enough to take with me to Sectus). Only exception would be OotP. I don't think I'll be able to wait as I did with GoF (I didn't watch it until I bought the DVD).
As for the trailer, I watched it a lot of times. Even using the pause to see who was there in those tiny glimpses. But didn't download it.
The exchange name is The Severus/Hermione Gift Exchange (Summer 2007)
I'm working on my fic. I have it almost finished. Well, I finished, but then I asked my plot beta to look at it and point me what should I change/rewrite/fix/whatever, so surely I'll have yet to work a bit more on it.
The person below me likes The Amazing Race. |

Um... Not really. I haven't seen much of it though.
I haven't actually been to the movies in years!
The person below me has just realised they've forgotten to do something. |
