Somewhere recently I read a story (possibly a Marriage Law fic) in which Hermione and Snape are married or otherwise connected, and somehow as a result of this she ends up with a dragon as a guardian. The dragon shows up whenever she is threatened and can change size -- at one point it sits on her arm and shoulder. I know this isn't a lot to go on, but does this sound familiar to anyone?

That is "In Annulo" by ladyofthemasque. Unfortunately it's not posted here at Sychopant Hex (a terribly pity too) but rather at Restricted Section.org, or over at the Petulant Poetess.
