Name: Fleurke
Email: fleurkeATgmail.com (you all know what AT stands for...)
Story title: Come what may
Summary: Three years after Dumbledore's death, Severus Snape and Draco Malfoy are captured and led to trial. A former student of Hogwarts decides to use her knowledge about the past to speak on their behalf. But sometimes, such an act can have great consequences.
Rating: Mostly readable by even your twelve year old, although there will be scenes that are definately R/NC-17. (Saying there WILL be kissing, there WILL be sex, there WILL be some scary parts, but nothing of that the whole time...)
Category/Genres: Everyday life with a humourous undertone. I can't really stick to one single genre. (Mystery, Drama, Fluff, Humour, ...)
Ship: SS/OFC (mainly), DM/OFC (briefly), DM/Parvati (mentioned).
Warnings: This will probably get quite long, and I prefer someone who's in for the whole ride.
Prefered format: Word Documents.

About me: I'm not new to writing, nor to HP, but honesty forces me to say that this is my first attempt on HP fanfiction in English. Also English isn't my first language, but I think I manage it quite well, so you won't have to correct my grammar and spelling in every single sentence. However there will always be some cases in which you can improve me I'm also British nor American, so I might throw in words from both without even clearly knowing it...
What I expect from an BETA: Honesty, is perhaps the most important thing. I'm very critical about my own work and tend to rewrite things all the time, so I need someone to tell me when necessary, fix this or whatever you do leave that as it is
However, I'm not unbreakable, so I strongly prefer it to be brought in a constructive manner. I also can't promise you that all of your crit will be followed, although appreciated, because I can be very stubborn as well in my idea about where a story should be going. If you think you will be turned down by that, I suggest you do not sign up for the task.
And last but not least, I expect from a beta to keep in touch with me frequently, be that in email or on msn. I like to bounce off idea's about the plot upon a beta or discuss certain character developments with her/him. (But I do understand you to have a LIFE of course... )
If you feel still upto it, or if there are certain things you still have a question about, feel free to send me an email. |
