Hi there,
I'm in need of a beta who will put up with my extremely terrible grammar, will correct me on silly things I have written and will be completely honest without being too mean.
I write mainly HG/SS and HG/RL stories. Anyone who is interested, please drop me a line.

Hi there!
SS/HG sounds good and I'd be delighted to beta...then again I'm not a native speaker of English and maybe I'm not quite as thorough as far as grammar and spelling are concerned. I think I'm fairly good but certainly not perfect.
But I could always check for plot and canon characters etc.

In case I don't reply, your mail probably got stuck in the spam filter. Try and use something with beta reading and Sycophant Hex in the subject line, so I will detect it there.
P.S.: Have to edit this because I completely forgot to say something about myself as a beta. I think I'm honest but gentle as I am a teacher - the sort who hates giving out bad marks.
I have some experience marking papers and teaching at university plus beta-reading friends' fan fic or academic writings but that's all.
I will probably not notice punctuation and minor grammar/spelling mistakes though as I said.
Oh, by the way...I think you are supposed to use a form when looking for a beta stating your nick, the title of your story, ratings, warnings and ships etc. you can find it in some of the other posts on here.

Summary: This is a response to the SH Lupin Is Not A Wimp challenge. Remus fancies Hermione, but Snape has gotten there first! Remus looks to his inner wolf for the strength to be honest and tell Hermione how he feels. Set 5 years after the downfall of Voldemort.
Rating: None yet, could be lemony!
