Summary: Hermione just passed her final exam at Hogwarts. During the summer, she and Professor Snape gradually get to know each other better, and learn to appreciate each other’s company, when they repeatedly meet at Harry’s sickbed after Harry defeats Voldemort.

According to the reviews at Ashwinder so far, the ending is rather controversial, which means it's a must-read.
