I read this story on Occlumency when my dear old PC packed in.
It's about a muggle living in Privet Drive at the time Harry received his letter. She witnessed the owls arriving and later on discovers Hogwarts itself.
Dumbledore takes her on as a researcher in order to find a non-magical way of defense. Whilst being in the castle students repeatedly play tricks on her and on a potions field someone adds a love potion to her drink.
The story has at least 20 chapters and I found it in the randomly selected section.
Does anyone know the title???
