<  Ask Madam Pince  ~  Hogwarts Staff lets Snape handle Lockhart

I'm trying to remember a story that I think was told either from the perspective of Flitwick or McGonagall. It's about figuring out which of the staff will duel Lockhart. I think he basically seriously insults Snape and the entire staff can't wait to see the duel. I believe it was a relatively short one-chapter story. I've tried searching on fanfiction.net (which is where I probably read it) and while I'm coming across stories with a similar premise, I can't find this exact one.
