<  Ask Madam Pince  ~  SS/HG school for squibs?

Hi,

I'm looking for a fic which ends with Hermione planning to establish a school for squibs. I think she created a new wand core or something which allowed them to do magic.

They have discussions about the school and there are other possible students, maybe Petunia Dursley. Rolling Eyes

It's not Power of a Squib.

Hope this jogs someone's memory.
