Read a story a while back, but cannot find it in my bookmarks and I'm 99% sure I bookmarked it. Anyway here is what I remember of the plot:

Hermione is in the library tutoring one of the Creevey brothers who has a crush on her to which she is oblivious and Snape is watching her. Snape confronts her and calls her a tease for leading Creevey on, and she has no idea that he even liked her or that anyone would think of her in a way that was not platonic friendship. Snape begins to 'tutor' Hermione in the way of her body and sexuality and they eventually become involved with one another.

Cannot remember the author or title, but I believe I read the story on Ashwinder.

The fiction was found for me It's The Tutoring Session: Virgin's Primer, by NotSoSaintly.
