I'm looking for a story where (I think) Hermione discover she's pregnant, but have no memory of having sex. It turns out she was abducted, beaten and raped; and to spare her the trauma, a memory-charm was applied to her. As she had asked for a contraceptive-potion a few days prior to the attack, they wrongly assumed she couldn't get pregnant from the rape -- unfortunately, Hermione had never actually taken the potion. It's possible than another person (Harry?) was abducted together with her.
