I can't remember for the life of me where I read this:

Its either Buffy or Willow, leaning more towards buffy.

They tell the Dursleys that its a school program for "problem children" and that they would like to take harry right away.

This has been driving me nuts for about 3 weeks if anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
