Story Summary:
For years, werewolves have been shunted between the beasts and beings offices at the Ministry of Magic. There is a new Minister with new policies, including the Magical Creature Protection Act, and the new restrictions make Lupin's place all the more precarious.
This is a story of a 'system'-- a government agency with overworked and overloaded employees who truly care, but are ineffectual. It's the story of an individual who is struggling to maintain his rights and dignities as a human. It's a story where heroes are those who reach through the darkness to make the world a little brighter, and where villains are not bad people, only thoughtless and ignorant.
