Story title: Still debating that one
Summary: Hermione spent her life in the limelight primarily because of her friendship with one of the most popular wizards of all time. When the war finally ended against Voldemort, Hermione was abruptly pushed out of the Wizarding world, and so she began a life amongst muggles, soon discovering her own fame and fortune, turning her into someone she wasn’t entirely proud of. But when scandal rips her career away from her, she’s forced to return to the world she no longer feels a part of and she slowly has to rediscover the Hermione we all know and love, and possibly discover what she’s been seeking all along.
Rating: currently PG-13 but will probably make it to R when all’s said and done

A/N: So this story is basically an adaptation of another novel, Daring to Dream by Nora Roberts. I got the brilliant idea to combine work by both her and JK Rowling (my two favorite authors) and the result has been interesting and kind of fun so far. The story isn't nearly complete yet (its only at about 7000 words at present) but I was hoping someone could look over what I have with some fresh eyes and give me some perspective. |
