<  The Library  ~  Muggles, Squibs, wizards?

Okay, would someone please explain to me Jo's reasoning for capitalizing Muggles and Squibs and not wizards or witches? I don't get it. Every other group, other than wizarding kind, are capitalized. What sense does that make?

She capitalises words she made up. She does not normally capitalise words that existed outside her writing.
