I am seeking somebody to help me set up an award for Harry Potter fanfiction stories. Most of the work is already done, but I need to set up a site, get messages out there so people know they can submit stories, and eventually need help with nominating and picking a winner.

I'm looking for somebody who likes to read good, complete fanfiction stories, has the time to do so, and preferably knows how to make a website.
