The Enchanted Quill is a message board area for authors to receive writing tips and tricks from the SH Staff. Several Admins have volunteered to beta-read short submissions; these submissions must not be longer than 300 words.
All submissions will be controlled and moderated to ensure no author submits repeatedly, trying to get the volunteers to beta-read an entire story. All submissions and responses will be posted on this board to create a learning resource for authors to refer to in the future. If authors want to keep their identity anonymous they may do so, but remember that someone might still recognize an anonymous submission made publicly to this board.
Only three to four submissions a week will be allowed from different authors because the volunteers' time is limited. All submissions should be posted to this forum; the entry will be assigned to an Admin and they will post a response in the post. If a post it made and is found unsuitable a note will be left saying so, at this time we foresee no such need for it though.
Please do not post anything of NC-17 nature.
