Ratings: All. I'm a big girl.
Ships: Can't possibly list them all, but I'm very much SS/HG with some general Slytherin/Gryffindor tendencies; slash and het are both acceptable, and odds are I've read the 'ship before.
Categories/Genres: Again, pretty much anything goes; I have a weak spot for romance. There are only two things I categorically won't read: songfics and poetry.
Strengths as beta reader: Grammar/spelling (standard copy editing stuff) first and foremost, but I have a decent grasp on canon. (Please note: my copies of the books are the American versions.) Brit picking not a specialty, but I can flush out obvious Americanisms. If you're interested, I can also offer thoughts on style/phrasings.
Weakness: Plot. I'll offer thoughts, but the reason I never write longer pieces myself is my total lack of original plot.
Dislikes: Blatant OOC-ness, excessive punctuation, badly-written dialogue... but, then, I'm here to correct that, aren't I?

Summary: Harry and Hermione are staying with the Weasleys over the holidays. Hermione is determined to make it a Christmas she'll never forget. (I really need to change this summary.)
Rating: L (NC-17)
Category/Genres: Drama/Romance
Ship: HG/BW (sorry, no Slytherin/Gryffindor)
Warnings: horrible writing.
My other Beta hasn't sent back the most recent chapter. I've waited 2 months but u need to keep my readers happy. I'm not a fast updater. I like to take my time writing the rest of this fic. I'm not at all pleased with how I've written the first 4 chapters but the readers seem to think it's fine. I, however, would like to improve my writing style.
