<  Ask Madam Pince  ~  HG/SS confessions in front of mirror, shared safe house

I'm looking for a multi-chapter HG/SS fic. It begins with Snape finding Hermione in front of a magical mirror that reveals a terrible magical scar on HG. Dumbledore covered it with a glamour that saps HG's strength and that she cannot remove. Confessions ensue. Snape stashes HG in a safe house left to him by Nicholas Flammel's widow.

I was sure I had it favorited somewhere, but I can't find it. Does anyone remember what it's called or where to find it?
