If anyone's interested in getting a feel for the work, I've tossed the first few chapters up on AO3. Hope that's OK.

Author name over there is wirefish1 (not wirefiish1) -- note the double "i" in fish -- but I am the same person. Typos in registration forms because of tiny fonts and bad eyes. What are you going to do?
