I don't really have much details about this fic...

Severus goes to Hermione's parents place for dinner (before he and HG are a couple), when leaving he pulls her close, she thinks he is going to kiss her, but he kisses her on the forehead.

Not much to go on, but I hope it rings a bell for someone!

That could, unfortunately, be a whole host of different SS/HG stories. The one that comes to mind for me automatically is Good_Witches Phantom of Hogwarts.
