This isn't urgent, and I won't be too upset if no one has an answer. Anyway, it turns out that James Potter had an affair with a muggle woman who happened to be Hermione's mother, so he is Hermione's birth father. I believe that Snape is the one to tell Hermione. That's all I remember.
