Absolutely ages ago (years, probably) I read a Marriage Law fic where Snape gives Hermione a set of family jewellery to wear, and makes certain she wears it around the school. Bascially it was to show the Purebloods - especially in Slytherin - that even though they were married because of the law, she *was* his wife and was therefore to be respected.
Does anyone know which story this is, and where I might find it? I hope someone is able to help.
