<  Personae  ~  Fabian & Gideon - twins?

Just wondering about Fabian and Gideon Prewett - Molly Weasley's brothers and members of the original Order of the Phoenix - were they twins? I can't remember, but I would think that Fred and George were named for them, in a way.

Does anyone remember seeing them in the photo of the order that someone shows Harry?

Canon states that they were twins - and there are a few older order photos that Harry was shown throughout the series, and I believe Molly's brothers were in one or two of them.
