You must write a 26 part story (not neccesarily 26 chapters) each part beginning/titled with
[letter] is for [word], e.g. "A is for Ashwinder"
whatever that letter is "for" must be a key element in that chapter/part
Bonus points if every thing has a uniting theme. (e.g. A is for Ashwinder, B is for Bubotubers, C is for Chimaera etc. Theme being animals/beasts)
Version 1: As a complete coherent story, with all the letters in order.
Version 2 (slightly easier): As a collection of scenes/one-shots without neccesarily needing to be one story.
