Hoping someone can help me find a fic I remembering enjoying a year or so ago, but can't remember the title, or if I even finished reading it.

I don't remember much, except what's stated above and part of one line.
I do know it's post war and takes a style similar to "Bridget Jones..." with the story being at least half in first person, narrative on Hermiones behalf.

It was written pre-HBP and Herm. worked either in the ministry or outside of it, but in a job she hated and wasn't appreciated for. Her and Ginny were pretty good friends, and at one point Herm. basically decided to see just what she could get away with at this job, knowing they (the company, her boss? I don't know spec.) couldn't do much without her...

The only clear thing I remember is her breezing into work, as she had started doing, because her latte took a little too long to make that morning, and that wasn't her fault was it? The line isn't an exact quote, but the sentiment was the same.

Has anyone read or know of this at all? Or am I being too vague? I wish i remembered more details...I do remember it amused me greatly...

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

That sounds a lot like Dirty Deeds by Shiv.

As I'm re-reading it at the moment, I may be able to be more sure soon...
